Jeong-hui is a Korean female given name. It is a variant of Jung-hee. The name is typically formed from Sino-Korean 正 (jeong) meaning "right, proper, correct" or 靜 (jeong) meaning "quiet, still, gentle" combined with 姬 (hui) meaning "beauty" or 熙 (hui) meaning "bright, splendid, glorious". Other combinations of hanja characters can form this name as well.
Historically, Kim Jeong-hui (1786–1856) was a prominent Joseon-dynasty calligrapher and scholar, and Choe Jeong-hui (1912–1990) was a notable female writer. The name remained popular through the 20th century: ''Jung-hee'' (a variant spelling) ranked fourth among newborn girls in South Korea in 1950 and sixth in 1960.
